Omar Passons
Omar Passons is a native San Diegan, a land use and construction attorney, and a byproduct of San Diego County’s foster care system. Omar is a past President of the Earl B. Gilliam Bar and former member of the California Association of Black Lawyers Board of Directors. Prior to his legal career, Omar earned a Master’s Degree in Public Health and worked for four years evaluating the success and effectiveness of government-funded health and social service programs for the United States Department of Health and Human Services in Washington, D.C.
