Brittney Renee-Moss Dobbins

Brittney Renee-Moss Dobbins is an associate in the Southern California office of Gordon & Rees and a member of the office’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group. She focuses her practice on employment litigation and counseling representing Fortune 500 corporations, startups, and nonprofits in class action, individual litigation, mediation, and arbitration. She practices before state and federal courts and agencies and has represented clients in the areas of labor, employment, soft intellectual property, and business law. She has also provided clients with preventative advice on employee discipline and investigations, employment agreements and policies, and compliance with all aspects of labor and employment law.

A former elite gymnast and student-athlete, Brittney offers a very motivated, confident, and disciplined practice of law. She has represented clients in a variety of industries, including entertainment, insurance, technology, telecommunications, and retail, among others. In addition to her regular practice, Brittney devotes time to pro bono matters.

While attending law school Brittney clerked for Foley & Lardner LLP and was a judicial extern within the Los Angeles Superior Court and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of California. Prior to attending law school Brittney worked full-time as a civil litigation paralegal. She also spent four years in supervisory / operative level management for the retail clothing and accessory industry.
